In October 2010 we will run a program for Seniors.
This program will be for over
55s and will have
the standard format. A special
concession rate of €590 (en suites) and €550 (single rooms with shared
facilities) will apply. Please note that this program requires a reasonable
level of fitness, and that other special offers will also not
apply, except the 'Refer a Friend' offer (see
below)
* From time to time guests do two 5-day programs in
succession. In the past they have had to move into local accommodation
for the Friday and Saturday nights and return on the Sunday
afternoon. From now on we will accommodate guests free of charge in
the Retreat Centre over the weekend. We will provide the morning
and evening fruit, but they must provide their own lunches, however. This
offer will only apply to guests when they are not benefitting
from any other offer, and applies only to consecutive 5-day
programs.

As a way of showing our appreciation to many of our guests who
come to do our program year after
year, or more often, we are now happy to offer a
discount of 10% when your return visit falls within 12 months of the
last day of your last visit!

Most of our new guests come as a result of personal recommendation and, as
a way of recognising this and showing you our appreciation for
this advocacy work on our behalf, we are happy to offer you a free
treatment for every new guest that comes on your recommendation.
The only requirement is that they have to tell us that it was you who recommended us to
them! (It is only on their first visit, and they can
nominate only one person.)

A lot of our guests come from overseas and fly to
Knock International Airport, some 50 minutes away. Because there is
no public transport from the airport to Cloona we will pay the cost of
the taxi transfer to Cloona. The fare is approximately €65. We will
organize the taxi from our end. (The return journey is not covered by

As an incentive for guests to use public transport we will also cover
the cost of the transfer to Cloona by taxi for guests who travel
by train or bus to Westport. Inform us of your travel arrangements and
we will organize the taxi from our end. (The return journey is not
