Some of our bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms,
while others have shared facilities. While we encourage guests to come on their own, we do have one twin-bed room.
Throughout the building the decor is simple and calming, with
comfortable beds and warmth a priority. In keeping with our
eco-friendly environment, where possible the furniture and furnishings
are hand-crafted by skilled artisans using natural materials. Access to
all bedrooms is by stairway. To enhance tranquillity the Centre is kept
free of television, radio and mobile phones.

PREPARATION
It is advisable to prepare for your stay
with us, and especially so for the shorter, week-end courses which we
run intermittently. Tea and coffee are best eliminated completely four
days before arrival, ideally seven days. Chocolate and sugary foods
are also best minimised, if not totally avoided. Also alcohol, and of
course heavy meals, especially with meat, should be tapering off
during this time. These preparations will minimise detox effects
and will add significantly to the benefit of the course. It is
important that all our guests decide to come for their own sake, so we
recommend that you do not persuade others to come just for
company. Any prospective guests with doubts about their physical
condition are asked to consult their doctor, show him/her this information
and, where necessary, obtain consent.

“The week was a deep, complete and cleansing
experience for me; detox for mind and spirit as well as body. Best
of all, I made some great new friends and laughed more than I have
in years. It’s a wonderful thing that you do; thank you.” L.G. (
